“If you are cold, tea will warm you; if you are too heated, it will cool you; if you are depressed, it will cheer you; if you are excited, it will calm you.” ~ William Gladstone
As the days get colder…and then even colder…out comes the tea.
Tea is the thing we turn to when we want the most comfort…like when we’re freezing our tootsies off.
But to make the tea we need certain equipment like tea leaves and tea pots or cups and most definitely need a tea kettle. That’s where one of our personal style comes out the most.
So many options
When it comes to choosing something to heat your tea water with, it’s ultimately up to personal preference and style. You have the electric or traditional stove-top options.
They come in all sorts of shapes from modern to traditional.
And then again they come in all sorts of colors to match your personality.
Just look here at Design Milk’s collection of modern teapots and tea kettles to get you started on your hunt for the “perfect” tea kettle to match your personality.
Personally, I absolutely love sleek, yet colorful and traditional design of #6. What’s your favorite?
P.S. You really do need a tea kettle because you really (and I mean really) shouldn’t be using your microwave to heat up your tea water.
